1. Payment Options:
1.1 Bank Transfer:
- Customers can make payments via bank transfer to our official bank account. Bank details will be provided on the invoice.
- All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
1.2 Credit/Debit Card:
- We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- A 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions to cover processing fees.
1.3 Mobile Payments:
- We accept payments via popular mobile payment platforms such as M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, and Airtel Money.
- Customers are responsible for any fees associated with mobile payment transactions.
1.4 Cash:
- Cash payments are accepted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) or US Dollars (USD).
- For security reasons, cash payments must be made at our office or directly to an authorized representative.
1.5 Online Payment Gateway:
- Customers can make payments through our secure online payment gateway.
- An additional fee of 2.5% will be applied to cover gateway processing costs.
2. Payment Terms:
2.1 Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
2.2 Balance Payment:
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date.
- If the booking is made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3 Late Payments:
- Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
3.1 Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our official email address.
- Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: 20% of the total tour cost.
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
3.2 Cancellation by the Company:
- If we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer due to tour cancellation.
4. Currency:
4.1 Currency of Payment:
- Payments can be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) or US Dollars (USD).
- The exchange rate applicable on the date of payment will be used.
4.2 Currency Fluctuations:
- We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of significant currency fluctuations.
5. Disputes:
5.1 Resolution:
- Any disputes related to payments should be addressed in writing to our customer service department.
- We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
5.2 Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
- Any legal actions related to these terms must be filed in a Tanzanian court.
